Lets first define some terms as they apply to pet supplies and pet care in general:
"Natural" (natural pet food, natural flea control, etc.):
In accordance with nature; relating to or concerning nature;
existing in or in conformity with nature or the observable world
"Holistic" (holistic medicine, holistic remedies, etc.):
Pertaining to the whole body; treatment of disease by taking into consideration every part of the body to bring the internal environment into balance
"Organic" (organic foods have been federally regulated since 2002) No synthetic pesticides or herbicides; no genetically modified organisms; no irradiation; no hormones, antibiotics, artificial ingredients or trans fat. Foods are grown using methods that help the ecosystem.
"Green": Eco-friendly manufacturing, packaging and recycling while keeping products toxic free to beings and the Earth. Biodegradable, Recycled and Recyclable. The Green Mantra is “Reuse, Reduce, Recycle.” Consider the packaging of the products you buy for your pet to reduce waste. Products made from recyclable materials ease our landfill burden, as do biodegradable products like natural cat litters and pet waste disposal bags.
